Hi, I’m Dulcie, the founder of DulChi Wellness. My journey into reiki, sound healing, and yoga began as a personal quest for balance and healing. Like many people, I found myself overwhelmed by the stresses of daily life and searching for something deeper—a way to reconnect with my inner self and restore harmony to my mind, body, and soul.

Through years of exploration, I discovered the profound power of energy work and holistic practices. Reiki taught me how to channel life force energy for healing, sound healing revealed the transformative
vibrations of sound, and yoga became my sanctuary for movement and mindfulness.

The name DulChi reflects this journey. It’s inspired by my name, Dulcie, which means “sweet,” and Chi, the vital energy that flows through all of us. Together, DulChi represents sweet energy, balance, and the power of healing from within.

My mission is to share these beautiful practices with others, helping them rediscover their own inner peace and vitality. At DulChi, we harmonize energy, sound, and movement to create a holistic space where healing and transformation flourish.

Garbhasana

Garbhasana relaxes the spine, neck and stretches the back muscles. In this position, the knees are supported and the forehead is placed lightly on the floor while the arms are relaxed at the sides.

Bhujangasana

The cobra is a well-known yoga exercise for the back muscles. You lie on your stomach, support your hands at chest height and slowly straighten your upper body, with your face pointing slightly upwards.

Majariasana

The cat exercise strengthens the muscle tone of the legs and arms and relieves the strain on the back and stomach. A "cat's hump" and a hollow back are formed on all fours, then arms and legs are raised diagonally.

Vrikshasana

The tree is a classic yoga balance exercise. One knee is bent, arms brought together in front of the chest. The hands are raised above the head when the stance is stable.
